Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. General Terms

  • By renting a vehicle from Atoll Discovery, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during the booking process.

2. Eligibility

  • Drivers must hold a valid driving license and meet the minimum age requirement of 21 years.
  • An additional surcharge may apply for drivers under 25 years of age.

3. Booking and Payment

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • Additional charges may apply for late returns, fuel top-ups, or damages.
  • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

4. Rental Period

  • The rental period starts and ends on the agreed dates and times specified during booking.
  • Late returns will incur an additional hourly or daily charge.

5. Vehicle Usage

  • The vehicle must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition as provided, excluding normal wear and tear.
  • Smoking and the transportation of hazardous materials are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

6. Insurance and Liability

  • All rentals include basic insurance coverage. Additional insurance options are available upon request.
  • Renters are liable for damages, accidents, or losses exceeding the insurance coverage limits.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the rental start date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the rental start date.

8. Maintenance and Repairs

  • If a vehicle experiences mechanical issues during the rental period, contact us immediately for assistance.
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications to the vehicle are not permitted.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information collected during booking is used solely for processing and improving our services.
  • Refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on data usage and protection.

10. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in Singapore courts.
